Orders
To make an order with My House, choose the item you wish to purchase, and add it to the shopping basket by using the "Add" buttons. If you have finished shopping, follow the link to "Checkout" where (if not already logged in) you will be asked to either provide your login details, or create a new account. Follow the on screen instructions, confirming your personal and order details, and you will be taken through to the "Paypal" site to process your card details and complete the transaction. It is no longer necessary to be a member of "Paypal" to use this secure payment system - just select the "sign up now" link on the screen, and you will be given the option to make a direct credit/debit card payment without registering for one of their accounts.
Returns
Whilst we hope you are very happy with your order, we understand there may be some circumstances in which you wish to return some items. In this case, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you an exchange, credit or refund. All goods must be returned in perfect condition, and the parcel and its contents will be your responsibilty until they reach us. It is advisable you request proof of purchase from the Post Office, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are lost or damaged in return transit - the cost of returning goods will be at your expense.
Faulty/Damaged Items
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or faulty we will be happy to offer a "like for like" exchange, or refund, provided we receive proof of purchase and your return is made within 14 days of receipt. In the case of an item being faulty or damaged, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods by first or second class post.
